Automatic signatures
The right signature is inserted the moment an agent clicks Reply — no extra clicks, no copy-paste.
Central templates
Admins design HTML signatures once, with placeholders for agent name, title, email, phone and more.
Rules engine
Assign templates and images by department, group, country, workspace or brand. First match wins.
Self-updating images
Point a logo or banner at a folder in Google Drive, Azure Blob, AWS S3 or Google Cloud Storage — the newest file is used automatically.
Per-template branding
Every template owns its logo, banner and up to 10 icons. Rules can override them for campaigns.
Preview & testing
Test any agent's signature before rollout and see exactly which rule and template applied.

Install
Add SignaFlow to your Freshservice account and pick your image storage provider during setup.
Configure
Create templates, connect your image sources and define rules for your teams.
Reply
Agents just click Reply — their correct, branded signature is already there.
A note about Freshservice's reply editor
Freshservice's security restrictions can make signature images appear broken while replying in some browsers, notably Edge. This is an editor-display limitation, not a change to the sent signature; the same signatures have been confirmed to display correctly in Gmail and Outlook. Agents can see their signature in the SignaFlow app on the right side of the ticket.

Pricing
One price, no tiers, no setup fee. Freshworks handles the whole subscription for you — SignaFlow never sees your payment details.

How billing works

Install SignaFlow
Add the app from the Freshservice Marketplace. You do not create an account with us and you never hand us your card details.

Freshworks bills you
Payment, invoicing and any tax that applies are handled by Freshworks through their Paid Apps Program, on the same bill you already have with them.

It follows your team
€0.75 per agent per month. Add agents and the charge grows; remove agents and it shrinks — no licence keys, no usage limits to manage.

Stop any time
Uninstalling the app ends future charges under the Freshworks marketplace terms. Nothing else to cancel.
Freshworks charges per agent across your account’s total agent count, not only the agents who use SignaFlow.
